Kasutussoovitus

Wholegrain flour is ideal for baking bread, carrots, pancakes or biscuits.

It is milled into fine sifted flour. This means that the rye husks and germ have been partially removed, while still retaining some of the fiber and minerals. Since sifted flour has better binding properties than whole grain rye flour, it yields a softer and airier result.

Rye flour contains abundant soluble beta-glucan, which slows down carbohydrate absorption and helps control blood sugar and insulin levels – studies have shown that post-meal insulin AUC decreases with beta-glucan consumption.
