Raw buckwheat semolina is a nutrient-rich, flour-like product that results from the hulling of buckwheat – it consists of broken buckwheat grain fragments that are separated during sorting. Thanks to its fine texture, it is ideal for making buckwheat mousse, and it also enriches baked goods, porridges, and smoothies.

As an unprocessed whole-grain product, raw buckwheat semolina retains all the beneficial properties of buckwheat: it is naturally gluten-free, contains valuable fiber, minerals (magnesium and iron), and plant-based protein.
