Recommendation for use
This pasteurized goat milk kefir is well-suited for breakfast or a light snack during the day, if you want something that supports digestion and is gently invigorating.
Pasteurization makes milk safe and easier to digest, although this process also destroys some beneficial bacteria. However, in kefir, probiotic richness is restored by adding live cultures that support gut balance and contribute to better nutrient absorption.
Kama adds fiber and plant-based protein to the kefir, and together with goat milk, the drink contains 4.1 g of protein per 100 g, which effectively supports satiety and recovery after light physical activity.
